So easy. I tried to write about this yesterday but WordPress crashed and deleted my entry. All he really want to say is it was easy, full of flavour and I’d give it a four out of five stars

Aside from the professional photography, my version of this dish pictured below, looked pretty darn good and very close to the inspiration image above.
